Hand wash and dry knives. Never put away wet.

Cut on a wood or plastic board

Don’t chop—stoke when cutting

Don’t wash in the dishwasher-heat and bumping isn’t good for the blade.

Store so knives don’t collide. A knife block or  sheathing will protect the blade










If the knife block has vertical slots put the knives in upside down. Horizontal knife blocks are the best.
